3.研究方向:
方向一:基于纳米材料的快速检测技术开发
研究内容:基于碳点、纳米酶、金属有机框架、天然多酚等纳米材料所具有的优异模拟酶活性、催化性能和光学特性,开发比色、荧光、拉曼光谱、化学发光及色谱等分析技术,广泛应用于药物小分子、生物标志物、致病微生物及细菌内毒素的快速检测与分析。此外,基于抗原-抗体、适配体-目标物的特异性结合或核酸杂交反应,并结合毛细层析作用构建侧流层析技术,应用于医学诊断(如病原体检测、疾病标志物分析、妊娠测试)等领域。有效克服传统分析检测技术中存在的设备成本高昂、专业要求复杂、灵敏度和特异性不足,以及难以实现现场检测等问题。

方向二:样品前处理技术与体内药物代谢分析
研究内容:将液液微萃取、磁固相萃取和分子印迹等样品前处理技术与色谱/质谱分析技术相结合,应用于药物小分子及其体内代谢物的分析,实现对药物及其代谢物动态变化的高灵敏度、高特异性检测。同时,基于新型缺陷金属有机框架(MOF)材料的优异吸附性能,深入探讨其吸附行为与传统吸附动力学模型(如伪一级、伪二级动力学模型)及热力学模型(如Langmuir、Freundlich模型)之间的差异,进一步明确其吸附机制并优化药物吸附效率。

方向三:药品食品的质量控制与食品风味化学研究
研究内容:围绕云南特色食品资源开发与利用,主要针对牛肝菌、马槟榔、余甘子和宣威火腿等云南独特的优势风味食品,研究其风味化学成分、营养活性成分、品质评价及质量控制。
